At Naughty Knickers, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned once the protective seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and hygiene liners intact back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
